Q. How do I know if the products are current or when the sales are over?
A.

We only have current sales products listed at any given time. Where applicable we will indicate the start and finish dates of a sale. Many retailers will also list their sale dates on the first or last page of their MallforAfrica. Some MallforAfrica advertise everyday low prices and thus may not have a specific date range. Also, you can always contact the retailer directly to confirm the sales date and product availability.

Q. Can I request products not found on the MallforAfrica website?
A.

If you have retailers in mind that you would like to see, please let us know and we will try to contact them. Also, feel free to contact the head office of the retailer or service provider directly to let them know that you would like to see their products listed on MallforAfrica.

For past copies of products please contact the retailer directly.

Q. Can you send me products in advance of a sale?
A.

We only post MallforAfrica on the release date given to us by the respective retailer. Usually MallforAfrica are posted up to one week in advance of the sale. Please visit our website regularly and use our sales alert feature to receive all the sales and specials as soon as they become available.

Q. Am I purchasing items directly from MallforAfrica?
A.

You are not purchasing from MallforAfrica We do not sell any of the items listed on our website. MallforAfrica provides you with copies of retailer products allowing you to comparison shop so that you can save time and money!

A.

Our MallforAfrica are based on information provided directly by the retailers. Each retailer maintains their own unique policies so we recommend contacting the retailers directly if you discover any pricing or product discrepancies.

Some items may not be available; some may be available online only while others may be available only in store. Please review the item description carefully so that you are aware of purchase conditions and terms.

Q. How do I order online ?
A.

Select products you want to buy and Add to Cart. Follow the next steps and Place Order. After placing order, a Proforma invoice for Cost and Freight is generated which you can print; a copy is sent to you by email. You can pay through your Nigeria ATM/Debit Cards powered by "InterSwitch" & "eTranzact". If none of these options are available to you, please choose "Bank Payment" option. Payment can be made at any Zenith Bank branch and majority of other Banks nationwide. Bank Payment details is sent to you via email within a day of placing your order. Orders within Lagos are delivered within a day after payment confirmation*, while areas outside Lagos are delivered within 2 working days. Goods outside Lagos are delivered by courier.

* Interswitch Payments, payment confirmation takes 2 working days and order processing will be effected only thereafter.
