How Does MallForAfrica.com Work? |

MallForAfrica.com is the online destination to purchase the hottest items that are not easily found in local African stores. Purchases made with your MallForAfrica WebCard are shipped directly from the U.S. and delivered to shipping centers for pickup or straight to your door (delivery limitations apply, please see below for additional information).
We ship to Lagos and Abuja ONLY at this time. We plan on expanding shipping to 5 other states in 2010. |

How do I purchase an item on Mall For Africa? |

After registering on MallForAFrica.com, you may use the following methods of payment for purchasing items:
A. Visa or Mastercard:
Use your Visa or Mastercard to make purchases. First time Visa or Mastercard transactions on MallForAfrica, subject to verification before order is shipped.
B. MallForAfrica WebCard:
Step 1. Purchase a MallForAfrica Webcard from any of our authorized dealers. (Click here for a list of authorized dealers http://mallforafrica.com/information )
Step 2.Click on the Activate Card link at the top right hand corner of this screen to activate your card.
Step 3. Load your card with whatever funds you want to spend on the website. You can load your card by going to one of the branch offices of our bank partners and depositing USD (US Dollars) into the MallForAfrica account with a note providing your account number so that funds will be appropriately credited to your MFA account. Detailed information can be found in the My Account section when you login in under How to Add Fund s to Your MallForAfrica Webcard.
Step 4. Check the MallForAfrica.com website in 1 business day/ 24 hours of deposit to view your account balance and credit. Once your deposit is approved and credited to your account, you are ready to start filling up your shopping cart!

What do you mean by Standard Shipping? |

Standard Shipping is delivery to our Ikeja Pick Up Center in Lagos. This option is available at no additional charge to you. There are other shipping options available at additional charges. |

No, if you do not have a FirstBank NetSafe Internet Credit Card or a GT Bank Credit Card, you can use the MallForAfrica WebCard to make purchases. Where can I get a Mall For Africa Web Card? |

In Nigeria, Mall For Africa WebCards are available in Lagos and Abuja for pickup. For a list of authorized distributors, please go to http://mallforafrica.com/information. In the US and UK, Mall For Africa WebCards are available via mail (Please email us via the Contact Us page. MallForAfrica WebCards can be loaded with funds at any FirstBank or GT Bank branch location.

Where do I get items I purchase? |

All items purchased can be picked up from one of our pickup centers or delivered to your door step. We only deliver to business addresses. Door-To-Door delivery is available in Lagos only and pickups are available in both Lagos and Abuja. If you choose to pickup an item, pickup addresses will be provided to you as soon as your purchase is complete. In Lagos, the pickup center is in Ikeja and in Abuja items can be picked up in Central Area. All information regarding pickup locations, phone numbers etc is provided to registered members with MFA WebCards and can be found in the Members Only section after login in. |

How long does it take to get items? |

Items typically take 2 weeks to arrive from the date payment is approved and authorized. Some items may take a little longer depending on if we have to have them shipped to us from our secondary warehouse.
Please note that due to excessive fraudulent activity, orders paid for with Visa or MasterCard will take an additional week for investigation and authorization. For faster service, we strongly recommend using the MallForAfrica WebCard.
If payment is declined or not approved, MallForAfrica reserves the right to cancel your order.
MallForAfrica is not responsible for items left in pick up locations for longer than 10 days after you have been notified of its arrival. Members are given contact details for updates.

Can I get my money back from my MallForAfrica WebCard if I don't make any purchases? |

Yes, it’s your money and you can get it back whenever you want. Simply let us know what amount of your remaining MallForAfrica balance that you would like back and we will transfer the funds in USD. There is an transaction fee of 5% of requested money back, for all fund withdrawals. This applies only if you choose not to buy any item and want the remaining money you funded your account with transferred to a non-MallForAfrica account. |
